Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi i am working in two different Limited companies and both are deducting PF from my salary ? I am working one company in day and another in night ? so can i get a problem deducting to company's Provident Fund ? And Is there any Chances To take Legal Actions Against Me by Company or Govt.
