You can file a civil suit against the company for damages

Dear Sir / Madam,
Jobs of "whistle blower" are entrusted to the Internal Auditors of the Company. You ought to have highlighted the wrongdoings of the Company to the Internal Auditors, and left it to them to action the matter further. This way you would have achieved the objective of bringing the wrongdoings to light as well as kept your job intact. Your justice now lies in seeing to it that the wrongdoings are rectified to their logical conclusion, and getting your full and final settlement dues with full notice pay salary as in your letter of appointment. Should the Company dilly-dally in any way whatsoever, you should straightaway lodge an FIR in the Police Station.
Regards,
