Legal Question in Employment Law in
I am working in mnc in Noida My organization has changed the notice period time from one month to two months. I just want to know is there any benefit will company provide us on behalf of extending notice period, such as bonus etc.

no, there is no added benefit rather its a burden for the outgoing employee.
