I was working in a mnc for 1 year as trainee . during joining i had signed a one sided bond of 1.50 lakh for three year . company gave me a 30 day residetial training at first. according to the appointment letter i worked as trainee engineer for the 1 st year .(in active field ). at the end of year they gave me another residential training for 10 days . during joining company told 5 days duty in a week . but in practical i had to work 6 day in a week and in sunday also in few times without any extra pay . again i am less interesed doing job in the field in which i was trained . if i want to break the bond am i need pay the rupees. .

As per law , In a week, employee have to work 48 hours.If you have work more than 48 hours then you will complaint in labour officer and labour court.
We need to go through the bond to give any concrete opinion.
