Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working for a mobile phone company in Bangalore. From the second year they started showing a new component "Super annuation" in CTC. Many of the employees including me resisted that option, we gave our non agreement of deducting that component both in written and oral in many meetings. Still they are continuing to deduct a certain % from our salary. Can we take legal help for this issue?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the employees do not see any benefit to accrue to them as a result of the deduction, they can initiate legal action against the Company. An employer cannot effect any deductions from an employee's salary which are not in keeping with the original terms and conditions of appointment of the employee.
