Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in a multinational company on contract. the contract is expiring in december. the company has sent an email on november 1 that i have been made permanent. Please advise if email confirmation can be used as legal bindings on anyone party

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the email is valid confirmation of your services having been confirmed by the Company. The email ought to contain the terms and conditions of your being confirmed if they are different from what has been mentioned in your Appointment Letter.
