Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been working with my organisation from last 1.5 years, when i joined i had to sign a bond of 2 years and so when i want to leave the organisation still 6 months are left. The bond amount is 1 lac, which i'm not willing to pay. The company strength is 120 employees and based out of bangalore. I would like to have your advice like what steps i can take to leave my organisation. Is paying out and leaving only solution. Are these bonds stand valid in any circumstances?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Service or Employment Bond being bonded labour is illegal and a criminal offense, You should refer to the notice period clause as specified in your Appointment Letter and act accordingly.
