Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in an organization for 5 years now. 2 years back I joined a regular course but never put on paper anything regarding the course to the organization.And I will not be using the certificate anytime in the organization.but still the authorities have deducted my salary which is being given according to the service.
They are not considering my 2 year service though i am saying that I won't use my certificate in any manner in the organization.Plz advice me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should explain to your Company Management that you took the educational course to enhance your skill sets which will be beneficial and of advantage to the organization. Request them to pardon you for not informing them in advance and regret the lapse on your part.
