Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in a LTD co since 1981 my performance was very good always but in iapr 2013 -31march14.Even after 110% achievement company trying to terminate my job.
I have started my carrier as a staff member now I am a manager.
at prsent my age is 54 year.any law can help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your achievement is an important criteria but not the sole criteria for judging your performance, Your working relationship with superiors, peers and subordinates is equally important. You need to introspect the reason for the Management trying to terminate your services and promptly amend those weaknesses.

If it is a private job then you may not be protected by any law. However if they terminate you then you may file a suit against the company for damages. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
