Legal Question in Employment Law in
i am working in private company since july 2010. now the company has not paid salary from october 2010 and asking me to quit, without any reason eventhou my performance is good and appreciated my management. it is a ego issue by my immediate supervisor.i am in probation for 6 months and as per appointment order , after completing the probation only , the company will review my performance and take suitable action of confirmation or extension or termination of job. now what is the legal remidy or compensaion for this ?.

Send them a legal notice for demand of salary arrears. But after sending the legal notice they might fire you as you are in probation period. But before cominlg on to final opinion we would have to see what documents have you signed with the company.
