Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working with private firm. I have resigned from my current organization with a notice period of one month. I have resigned by giving official resignation mail. I have also mentioned my last working day in my resignation mail. My manager has approved that mail.
But now they are not releasing me saying, my notice period is 3 month according to service aggrement.
Can they revoke the acceptance of resignation. What i can do in such condition

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the notice period in your Appointment letter was 1 month and you have already served it, the Company cannot subsequently state that the notice period is 3 months according to service agreement. NO, the Company cannot revoke the resignation, and you should ask the Company to settle all your dues and move on.
Regards,
