Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working for a private Limited company in India which is not ISO certified yet. Am I eligible for sick leave in first 6 months of my tenure in the company?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Entitlement of leaves is based on the Company's policy and it has nothing to do with ISO certification. You should check with the HR for the Company's policy regarding entitlement of sick leave, if not specifically mentioned in your Appointment letter.

1) No link with ISO certification.

2) Follow ur Co HR Policy or ur T&C of appointment.
