Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, i am working in a public sector bank and my period of probation is 3 years and i have signed a bond for an amount of Rs.1 lac. Now if i decide to leave before the period of 3 years and i decide not to pay the bond amount what legal actions can the bank take against me and what legal recourse can i follow?
