Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been working on secondment to subsidiary of company i was working in. Now the secondment is terminated but still i am being made to work for this subsidiary. How far is this correct??

Dear Sir / Madam,
When you are in a job you have to "do as directed", whereas if you are in business you "direct to do" ... You should evaluate your decision "need" based.
