Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in IT start-up(small) company. I have resigned from this company by email on 4th Oct 2014. I have informed in the same email that i will server my notice period of two months from next day and after that i will not be available. I have not received acknowledgement of my resignation from my employer.
Now i am worried that is acknowledgement is necessary.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your email sending notice of your resignation to the Company does not need to be acknowledged. The Company is liable to relieve you from the close of working hours on the last working day of your notice period and pay you the full and final settlement of your dues.
Regards,
