Hi I am working in TCS BPO in DLF Chennai i got a job in another company, but the new company told me to join in 2 months in my TCS appointment letter they told 3 months notice period i asked the management for buy back offer they are not accepting it and also i had asked otherwise pls adjust my Earned Leaves and Casual leaves in the notice period for that also they are not accepting pls help me in this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please check the terms and conditions of your appointment in the Appointment Letter. If it reads "three months notice period or salary in lieu thereof" you should serve two months notice period and pay off one month's salary in lieu of not actually serving the third month, and join the new Company. Casual leave may not be adjusted, but the Company has to adjust earned leave from the notice period or pay you the amount.
