Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan
Actually i am working in a telecommunication company and at present i am facing an inquiry from my department and the incident on which they are chargesheeting me almost took place 3 months ago so my question is that is there any time limit ,actually incident took place in november 2014 and my department came up with that issue and i along with my supervisor reply them back and my department accepted my reply and there was complete silence from them for almost 3 months and now in last month my supervisor gave resign from the organization and without the help of supervisor it is not possible for me to prove my innocence after three months they are highlighting the same issue again and threatning me to resign or other wise they will terminate me

while awarding punishment.IO is bound to find out the liability vicariously to the extent to your involvement. he can not hold you liable for thing which does not come in the ambit your duty.
