Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have working with a co. since 2 years. All of a sudden co. management decided that my current is employee is not required in co. So, they asked to put resignation with notice period of one month which is co's norm. What shall i do in case? Can i ask co. to provide me this notice period salary on salary day & not in f&f?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company wants you to resign, you should continue till the Company of its own terminates your services, citing the reason for termination, and paying you the notice period salary. You should immediately apply for and acquire a new job in the interim period till the Company actually terminates you, so that you maintain service continuity. YES. On receipt of the termination letter, you should ask the Company to pay your full and final settlement on the last day of handover itself.
Regards,
