I was workingin a genpact bpo and i give my resign on 2august 2010as per company policy i serve notice period of 1 months but at the time of my releving date which was 2 sep 2010 my manager says me that your releving as well as your final salary will be come within next 10 days but iam only reciving my salary not releving letter.....which is important so in this regard i talk to my manager as well as hr but they said your releving comes to your home by post we cant give you,your releving but still i am not recived my releving till 19 sep 2010...please tell me what to do

you must communicate with hr and the manager in writing reminding them for the Rel. Letter and balance of amount if any. and may wait for their response. If they do not respond send second reminder and then you may give them a legal notice. Main thing is your communicating to them in writing.
