Legal Question in Employment Law in India

My X company is not giving me the experience certificate and had experience of 5 years. Because I had done a mistake after leaving the company. Actuly I maked a self experience certificate in the company letterhead, before issusing them. And submit in a current company. At the time of verification, x company know the fault. What to do , please help. Even I gave them apology letter also. But they deny to issue experience letter. Please help

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have erred by issuing a self employment certificate of the Company, you cannot compel the Company to issue a Service Certificate. The Company is legally bound to issue a Salary Certificate for the last financial year that you were employed with them for the purpose of filing your annual Income Tax Return, which normally mentions your Date of Joining, Date of Leaving along with Salary details.
