Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am Zabeer from jandk. Sir I was a revenue official. I resigned 8months ago from that department and joined education department till now my resignation not accepted by higher authorities. Now I want to rejoin my previous department. Can it be possible sir. Please suggest me. I really need Ur help.

Dear Zabeer,
You may make a request to rejoin your previous employer in the revenue department. but it remains at their sole discretion whether to accept your request.
