Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we have 100 gaj land which we gave on rent actually we have 6 machines that is making clothes. we gave on rent in 2000 that time we wrote on stame but there is not signature of anybody,after that we never renew that stame. we want to free thats land now what we should do

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask the Licensees to vacate, else you should initiate eviction proceedings against the present occupants of your land.
