Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have a 90sq.ft commercial pagdi system space in south mumbai. The rent reciepts are on my grandfater's brother name viz. Maganlal. Now maganlal passed away 12 years back and he has 5 childrens all settled in u.s.a. They dont have any objection regarding are possesion as the knew that we had a verbal deal with maganlal have paid but still rent reciept or on maganlal' name as we havent transferd on ours. Now my father aslo went to u.s.a and he is not going to come back as me ans my mom had a disput with him so in order to harress us financially he ran away. I had word with landlord and he is on our side And ready to pay us an amout excluding her 33% share.What can we do legally in this

1) If the landlord has no objection and will return pagdi excluding ur fathers 1/3rd share,
what is the problem for u and ur mother.
2) Show all documents to local experienced lawyer and discuss with him.
