Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in
We had taken 21 thousand has token amount for sell our house and sign on normal paper in that he has mention if deal has cancelled the we have to pay has apenalty of Rs 5 lakh to him.
Me and my father has sign the paper and this house is in name of My mother and she is not ready.
when we gone for cancelled the deal with buyer he is demanding of 5 lakh rs.
Please advise how to closed this.
