Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Please advise If mercy time is near to complete in rent case as we are renter and case is in high court but file is yet to be proceed.
Please advice what should we do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
As already advised, the lessee has to vacate the shop premises within the allotted grace period. In the event of failure to vacate despite court order, Police action is recommended.
