Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have an agreement for sale a property after making that agreement for sale the owner of the property has cut off the trees from the above said land is there is any legal movement for that ?

You may initiate action against the Owner as per the prevailing guidelines of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi.
