Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I alongwith my wife living in my brother in law's flat, but due to dispute with wife i am living separately and my wife has occupied the flat. how can my brother in law can get his flat n how much time it may take? there is no rent agreement.

Hi sir, your wife possessed in that flat as tresspassers. Tresspassers cannot have any right over the property or building or flat.
