If you are the owner of the apartment you can sue the tenent, filing an eviction action (A��o de Despejo) in the court of where is located the real state mentioned. You should be careful due to the fact that the tenent might have the right to extend the leasing, depending on what is written in the contract as well as the porpuse of it.
