Atty. Weve been renying 1 unit of apt for 4 years po.last 1st week of april po umalis na kmi & b4 umalis ininspect na po ng caretaker ng may ari and yung babayaran po are the rebtal balance..elec bill..yhen they want na palitan yung screen all over the unit that cost 6k po.na settle na po iyon lahat.yung elec bill for marvh ela pa po yung bill so yo follow na lang po as what tjey said.then yung may ari po pala..nag communicate sa pamangkin ko na gusto niyang ipa repaint yung apt at bilhan ng bagong toilet bowl.6k po yung hinihinhi sa paint..nang dumating po yung elec bill 2nd week of april..pinuntahan ko to pay but ayae tanggapin kasi gusto nila pati na yung paint na 6k at bilhan ng toilet bowl.tama po ba ito?kasi po dapat may maintenance din po yung apt eh.salamat po.
