Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I bought one agriculture land 2 months back, where I have original documents since from 1966. All of a sudden the great grand son of the first owner (way back to 1930 approx.)is claiming that this property belongs to him. Unfortunately we don't have any sale deed document that the great grandfather has sold to the person before 1966. Can you suggest how I can handle this situation. Thanks

I dont think he will have any right over the property . But I will need to see the document to advice you.
