Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have one building in maharashtra (at present we are in a.p.). now we want to dismantle the building and develop appartment. but our tenants in that building are not ready to leave. they are living there more than 15 years. what should we do?

there is only two ways first to offer him cash and ask him to move / or offer him same space in newly constructed building or second is to file case ... for any query contact me at [email protected]
