Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have buy pagadi system house ,and on verbal agreement with landlord i have paid house price to him on cheque mode as well as cash mode also as per his requirements , now landlord is hospitalised and his family denies for giving house or money back to me, since i donot have any written agreement with landlord , and i have only two way proof , one i have paid payment which is made throgh cheque and electricity bill which is in my name.. request you to please suggest what should i do for taking my money back or passion of my house.. i am worried because this is my harden money

yes you will take money-back because you have no written agreement.you have ask about loss of time as penalty.
