case is realting to resident of mumbai
Land lord is dead somewhere in 2009. All the legal heirs of landlord also dead. how to convert the tenancy rights into ownership rights under this circumstances under maharashtra rent control Acts/ TOP act.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You along with all other residents may give a legal notice advertisement in one English daily and one vernacular daily newspaper stating that if there are any claimants or legal heirs of the concerned property, they should come forward for transfer of the property from the deceased landlord's name to their name.
