i am from chandigarh. living from past 25 years in a house owned by nri. know they want to sell there property. is there any legal way to buy that property. or what should i do to buy the property. rather then eviction

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should give the Owner your offer to purchase the property and you should try to convince them to sell the house to you.
