Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear all,
This is a case in which my shop, which was bought by my grand father ( i mean he has given all the in year 1998) but the registration is not done and now i m asking him for registration and the person is saying to pay again the amount according to now rate and we are not any proof but we have give the payment in half cash and half by cheque. so please help me about it

Payment preferably by cheque against receipt of registration is advisable and recommended.
