We are planning on renting a commercial space for the purpose of educational/training and related activities. Please advise on legal aspects related to this. Please advise on what kind of Rental Agreement is Valid at the highest level, and what all matters should the Rental Agreement include. Please provide a sample Rental Agreement if possible.
