Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
After death of my great grand father, land on his name got transfer onto my grand father name by inheritence.
Now after my grandfather death can my grandfather sisters claim anything in this land.
Also my grandfather sisters got married before 1955.
Kindly give your valuable suggetion ,along with law appicable like Hindu Succession Act.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your grandfather has written a Will, the beneficiary(ies) named in the Will are entitled to claim his property vide a Probate from the Court. The beneficiaries may include his sisters too in the claim if their name(s) have been mentioned by your grandfather in his Will, even though the sisters got married before 1955.
