Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the owner of a property which has been let out to the tenant. We have entered into an agreement for a period of 11 months. The duration of the agreement is getting over in a weeks time.
Now the tenant is calling me and telling that he will be vacating the house immediately after 11 months gets over. And he will not be serving a notice of 2 months as mentioned in the agreement as the duration of the agreement will be over by then.
Could you please help me with this, and suggest as to what further steps need to be taken?
Thanks,
Leela
