Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am running a shop on ranted place since last 30 years. Now in 2004 shop owner file a case . We have lose the case in lower court now lower court instruct to close the operation with in 6 month of time. The owner put a Kavit in high court already. We have also filed in high court. Now let me know in this situation that can the case be again open in high court or high court just give mercy time again. as kevit already filed by owner.

Honouring the order of lower court and vacating the shop within the allotted grace period of six months is advisable and recommended.
