Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir,
My grandfather was a trustee in a trust.After his death he transfer it to my father with a clause that my father will be care taker but he can't sell the property. We have some shops outside the trust building which my grandfather give on lease agreement. All the tenants were paying rent.But one of the tenant give possession to some other person without our consent by taking Rs 5 Lakhs.The new person is neither paying rent and does not have any agreement.He always threatned us.The new person is in the property from last eight years.And now he is planning to buy some more shops outside the trust building from tenants.What can we do to stop him.
