Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in

Dear Sir,

My tenant's first cheque bounced but after about a month, he paid cash and took the bounced cheque. Now, the 2nd cheque has bounced and it has been like 43 days. He has also stopped answering his phone and I don't know what to do. Although the amount of the cheque is only AED 5750, I need your advise on the possible measures I can take.

Dear Mr.Farid,

You have not mentioned the location of the House, as to in which Emirates. Further you may mention whether the Tenancy Contract was registered with the Authorities concerned. Now is the Tenant still staying at the said place? Is he residing there with his Family?
