Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir,
My uncle was staying in pagadi home in mumbai. He doesn't have son behind him. Last year he was passed away. Now i want to sell that home to third party. But owner of he property is refusing to me to sell.
Please guide.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no way whatsoever in which you can sell the house to a third party since you are a tenant therein and not the Owner thereof. What you can do is to transfer the tenancy in the name of another party by negotiating and paying the agreed Transfer Fees of your premises to the Landlord / Landlady
