Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your Help. Further to the below information, the Land Installment paid before 20 years and installment amount Rs. 250 PM for 20 Months. but now the land value goes near about 10 to 12 Lakhs.in this case as a son, i have to work minimum 10 years to purchase the land.
Kindly give the solution this is possible or not to get back the land from land owner.
Dear Sir, Good day, My father is a weaver, he paid cash to purchase land by 15 installment instead of 20 installment but we have 15 receipts for remaining 5 installment he gave one silk saree for owners function but we did not get any receipts against that, till now he is saying cannot give any land simply Land owner is saying you can go anywher in india i cannot give the land. please help to this weaver.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the matter is more than 20 years old, it is virtually impossible for you to get the land from the land owner now.
