Dear sir,
we are leasing the furniture, equipment and executing a supply agreement with the lessee. i would like to know whether the supply agreement for furniture and equipment is a registrable document

Agreement, unless they involve transaction of any immovable property exceeding valuation of Rs. 100, do not require any registration.
In India, Agreement can be oral agreements also. So answer to question is NO, you do not need your Supply Agreement with the lessee registered. However, if you want to register, then also there is no prohibition thereto.
