After death of my father 30thDec2005 d rent was issued hn my mothers name who died on 10thMay2013 As legal heir will i get a contractural tenancy for 5 or 3yrs

Dear Sir / Madam,
Tenancy arrangements have ceased and have come to an end since 1985. The duration of the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) between you (Licensee) and the house owner (Licensor) is at the sole discretion of the Licensor and it ranges from 11 months to 3 years.
