Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I explain the my question.
My father is a tenant on where occupied.
The owner of land lord is expired.and his existence is there .but clearly told u owner of land owner is another and occupier is another are shown demand register.As per demand register occupier's son sold land to other person. as new occupier.new occupier is claimed as land lord.he charges rent from father.with out any valid rent receipts.I also try topay rent through money order as on behalf of my father but he not accepts. in this situation what should i do? please assist me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Owner does not accept the rent, you should deposit it in the Court.
