Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Bangladesh
I had a factory space rented and few years back the when I was having family trouble which effected my business and was not being able to pay properly, a good amount was due and they took my factory giving me no chance to pay the partially. But I had more asset then their due in my factory. Due to my mental condition many said to claim the factory at that time but I did nothing. Now, is it possible to claim the factory again ? The place is still as it is I made it. It is a factory of the same products I used to fabricate and run by the land owner's son with his partners. Now that I am mentally in good health to start the business again is there any chance or this is a foolish thinking ? I am ready to pay the regular rent from now on and ready to pay the due amount partially Please advice.

If you still think, you have something to say regarding your lease, dues in rents, no notice and eviction from the factory premises and the leftovers still to be settled in a legal way, law is there for you. First of all, collect all documents, papers, deeds whatsoever you find in your custody, consult a professional then.
