fake rent receipt produced in the court by the tenant made by rent collector what action could be taken by the court and police

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Court will arrive at the conclusion that the rent receipt is fake, and the tenant will be accordingly punished by the Court.

File a case of fraud against him .If the receipt are fake court will take notice of it will punish him accordingly.
