Dear Sir / Madam,
You are lucky that the trustees have given you six month's notice to look out for another accommodation. Usually, the Licensors (landlord / landowners) do not give such a long period of notice to the tenants to vacate the premises. Find an alternative accommodation first, and thereafter pursue legal route, which may prove to be futile.
