If the property is self acquired by the father, he can give it to anyone he pleases.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your father can write his Will on a plain piece of paper signed by him in the presence of two witnesses. A Will to be legally valid need not be registered. Daughter's signature is not required on your father's Will.
